Improve Patient–Care Provider Interactions and Shortage of Staff during Covid 19 by Implementing Person–Center Proposal Daily Round

Objective: evaluate the improvement of Patient – Care provider interactions by implementing a person center proposal daily round ensured trained non-medical staff for patients admitted in wards. Design: prospective comparative study, using check list extracted from care and data was collected third-party survey approved Saudi Arabia health since 2019. Setting: Wadi Al Dawasir region, Arabia. Population: The study period (July 2020 to July 2021). started as proactive measure improve patient-care interaction after decrease patient satisfaction data. We include all inpatient wards (231 patients) except critical area COVID 19 units pandemic. Main outcome measures: we compare about sleeping, level noise around room, pain controlled, Promptness responding call button, Instruction given how at home Staff effort decisions his treatment before during round.
